The Lost Spring Restaurant in Whitianga is looking for an inspired and dedicated individual to be their Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The suitable candidate must be an experienced, professional individual who is passionate about food and beverage, customer service and communication, who is driven to succeed.
To be successful you will need;
· Minimum 2 years hospitality experience in restaurant environment is essential.
· A superb food, wine, and cocktail knowledge. Barista trained and experienced.
· Excellent presentation and communication.
· You must be available to work weekends.
· Managers Certificate is advantageous or the willingness to undergo training to gain certification – we are paying for the training and certification.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
