New World Whitianga – Fish Monger
We are looking for a new fish monger to join our Seafood Department.
About the role:
You will be reporting to the Butchery Manager, and you will be responsible for assisting in the department. This includes:
- Serving customers and assisting with their enquiries.
- Ensuring the department is meeting Food Safety standards, this includes cleaning.
- Maintaining product stock levels on the shop floor and in the serve over
- Ability to work efficiently and unsupervised.
Full training will be provided.
About you:
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- Work with a customer focus
- Good command of written and spoken English
This is a permanent full-time role.
Days/Hours of work: Thursday – Monday 9:30am – 6pm
